LECTURE/TALK: FEMALE LEADERSHIP

What is the difference between leading and managing? Over the years in my HR management, I have realized on many occasions that many executives get lost in being promoted to leadership positions. They become confused between what they can do and what is expected of their leadership in the face of certain difficulties. This talk aims to clarify leadership vs. management, especially in issues related to delegation, feedback (give and take), agenda management, and leadership roles.
