Lilian Caires Jacubiski has worked, for more than 15 years, in leadership positions in Human Resources management, nationally and for Latin America, in small, medium and large multinational companies (Marriott International, Honeywell, Dassault Systèmes, Ermenegildo Zegna, among others) in Brazil and the United States.
Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Since 2017, she has specialized in training and developing leaders with a focus on female leadership.
Lilian is Nicholas and Nathan’s mom and she is married to Jefferson. Loves traveling, dancing, reading and learning….always!
